Hey everyone, I want everyone to know how proud of the community I am. I love DIY Projectors and I love home theaters. Today I put Swill's projector on Digg.com because I love the whole setup so much! I wish I could put everyone's. The time and effort that it takes to make these is awesome and you and I both know that not everyone can do this!!!

OK, here's more pics! You can actually see my projector sitting between the chairs. so many people are auctioning that $9.00 kit that turns your TV into a giant screen projector, but you never see the unit in the screen shots of their ads.

I thought it would be cool to show what one of these projectors can do so here are a few pics! you dont need a ton of money to enjoy the Big Screen experience right in the comfort of your own home. I set up my home theater for the cost of a commercial projector. screen, projector, seating, everything. if you are a DIY'er this is right up your alley. My screen is 120" diag. and I think the best thing about doing it yourself is being able to say 60" is that all??? and you paid how much???

Hey everyone,

This is Bruce and I was just wondering if anyone is interested in building their own Big Screen Projector? I have been doing this for a few years now and for the DIY'ers out there this is the real deal. now I'm not talking about one of those fresnel and upside down tv's you see on the popular auction sites, I am talking real optics, real images , and a really bright light.
